AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.95 for a “Support Staff” role in East China, MI, is generally considered competitive, though it can vary based on the specific responsibilities, industry, and the candidate’s experience level. Typically, support staff positions in areas such as education, healthcare, and administrative services often see pay rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on local cost of living and demand for such roles. Given that East China has a lower cost of living compared to larger urban areas, this rate is likely to be appealing to many job seekers in the area, aligning reasonably well with industry standards.
