Job Description
Job Title: Surveillance Security Officer – Customer Service
Company: GardaWorld
Location: Dearborn Heights, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Surveillance Security Officer – Customer Service” role in Dearborn Heights, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards. Typically, security officer positions, especially those involving surveillance, can range from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the complexity of the role. While cost of living and local job market factors can influence pay, $16 may not be competitive, particularly given the increased demand for skilled security professionals and the potential risks associated with surveillance responsibilities. In summary, this rate falls below average for similar positions in the area, suggesting it may not attract the most qualified candidates.
