Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Participate in monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progress throughout various levels
• Deliver exemplary customer service to all guests
• Conduct 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes consecutively
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (Saturday or Sunday)

Role Overview
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of our students daily. Your responsibilities will encompass teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, aiding them in developing water safety skills and improving their swimming abilities. Daily tasks include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in the pool area while maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. While no prior teaching experience is required, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with children are essential for success in this role.
