Requirements:
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
– Attend monthly in-service training sessions
– Track student swim progression across various levels
– Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
– Manage 4-6 hour shifts, teaching 8 to 9 classes consecutively
– Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

What Does a Swim Instructor Do?
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a daily impact on the lives of our students. You will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels, aiding them in developing both water safety skills and swimming proficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and offering constructive feedback to students and their parents.

You will also ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area while maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. While prior teaching experience is not required, we provide comprehensive training for all new instructors. A passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage effectively with children are essential for success in this role.
