Primary Responsibilities:
– Deliver swim instruction according to the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
– Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
– Assess students’ progress and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
– Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ swim skill development and activities.
– Serve as a Goldfish Swim School “ambassador” to ensure parental satisfaction.
– Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and address challenges faced by students.
– Inspect pool areas before and after each class for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage, reporting any issues to management.
– Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment and manage lane lines.
– Report accidents and incidents to management, completing the necessary documentation and paperwork.
– Perform light cleaning duties, such as window washing, deck mopping, and trash removal, as needed.
– Attend mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours.
