About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst who will provide technical support and expertise on various network and application systems for Ingham ISD and its constituent districts, under the direction of the Director of Technology Services. Key responsibilities include:
– Implementing, testing, and maintaining clustering for critical services to ensure optimal uptime, as well as assisting in the design and deployment of development, quality assurance, and production environments.
– Implementing, configuring, managing, maintaining, and optimizing district backups, restores, retention, and archival for systems including, but not limited to, database servers and file servers. This includes facilitating and/or assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity.
About You:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field is required. Alternatively, five or more years of relevant industry experience and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preference will be given to candidates with an emphasis on enterprise systems, server, storage, and application management.
– A minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience in managing systems, including but not limited to network systems/applications, network monitoring, enterprise backup, server management, virtualization technology, databases, enterprise cloud technologies, and Microsoft Active Directory or other relevant directory services.
