THE JOB:
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the operation and conduct of assigned table games staff, ensuring smooth guest flow and diligent reconciliation of table accounts. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to create unforgettable moments that our guests will cherish long after their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Supervise dealer performance to guarantee games are executed with precision and that guests receive exceptional service.
- Monitor guest flow and promptly inform management when adjustments to table availability are necessary.
- Accurately reconcile table accounting and maintain the integrity of card, dice, and gaming equipment.
- Verify document accuracy and ensure compliance with all procedural standards.
- Maintain appropriate bankroll levels to support current and anticipated gameplay.
- Immediately report any unusual activities in high-limit play or suspected tampering of equipment to table games management.
- Collaborate with a diverse and energetic team in a lively, fast-paced environment to achieve our company objectives.
- Uphold the appearance and safety of both the property’s interior and exterior.
- Alert management of any irregular conditions and execute all assigned tasks during emergency situations.
