As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation and conduct of assigned table games personnel, which includes monitoring guest flow and reconciling table accounts. You will collaborate with various departments to create memorable moments that our guests will cherish long after their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of dealers to ensure games are dealt proficiently and exceptional guest service is provided.
  • Monitor guest flow and proactively notify management when adjustments to open games are necessary.
  • Accurately reconcile table accounting with integrity and maintain all gaming equipment, including cards and dice.
  • Verify the accuracy of documentation and ensure compliance with all established procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate bankroll levels to accommodate current and anticipated play.
  • Promptly inform table games management of any unusual activity in high-limit play or if equipment tampering is suspected.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of enthusiastic professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to achieve company objectives.
  • Uphold the appearance and safety standards of our property’s interior and exterior.
  • Report any unusual conditions to management and perform all designated duties during emergency situations.
