About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador Team Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing the Bath Experts brand and fostering positive customer interactions with the objective of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing demeanor, enjoy engaging with others, excel in conversation, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position requiring availability during evenings and weekends.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand visibility and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and brand promotion.
  • Represent Bath Experts at marketing events, including planning, coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by addressing customer inquiries about our products and services, while showcasing the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the full range of Bath Experts’ services and products.
  • Gather comprehensive information from clients to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Provide additional marketing support by reaching out to inbound and outbound leads, along with various marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required; retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary, as well as the capability to transport large branded items.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to engage in conversation.
  • Proven ability to follow established processes for generating sales appointments.
  • Capability to remain standing for extended periods.
