About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador Team Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Bath Experts brand and fostering positive customer interactions with the aim of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys building relationships, possesses strong conversational skills, communicates effectively, and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position, with a requirement for evening and weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Elevate brand visibility and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and the promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
  • Serve as a representative of Bath Experts at marketing events, including planning, coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Engage with both prospective and existing customers in a courteous and approachable manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, fielding inquiries about our products and services while highlighting Bath Experts’ value and expertise.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to inform customers about the full range of Bath Experts’ services and product offerings.
  • Collect comprehensive information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
  • Offer additional marketing support through inbound and outbound lead calls, along with various marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in the training of new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with a preference for retail sales experience.
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and the capacity to travel with large branded items.
  • An outgoing and amiable personality, coupled with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
