About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador Team Lead plays a crucial role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and delivering outstanding customer experiences with the primary objective of driving sales. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys engaging with others, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to providing high-quality customer service. This full-time position requires evening and weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and active promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
  • Represent Bath Experts at marketing events, including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
  • Interact with prospective and existing customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services while highlighting the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the full range of Bath Experts’ services and product offerings.
  • Collect complete client information for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
  • Provide additional marketing support by handling inbound and outbound lead calls and assisting with various marketing initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with retail sales experience preferred.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation and the capability to transport large branded items are essential.
  • A friendly, outgoing demeanor with the capacity to engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Ability to adhere to a proven process for generating sales appointments.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Evening and weekend availability is a must.
