About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador Team Lead will play a pivotal role in promoting the Bath Experts brand while cultivating positive customer interactions aimed at enhancing sales. The successful candidate will possess an outgoing personality, thrive in engaging conversations, and excel in effective communication, all while delivering superior customer service. This is a full-time position that requires evening and weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Amplify brand visibility and sales through event marketing, product demonstrations, and brand promotion for Bath Experts.
  • Represent the Bath Experts brand at various marketing events, encompassing planning, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services, thereby highlighting the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to inform customers about the comprehensive range of Bath Experts’ service and product offerings.
  • Gather complete client information to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Provide additional marketing support, including making inbound/outbound calls and undertaking various marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required; retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is essential, along with the ability to transport large branded items.
  • A personable and friendly demeanor with the capacity to lead engaging discussions.
