About the Role:

The Brand Ambassador Team Lead is tasked with driving efforts to enhance the Bath Experts brand while cultivating positive customer interactions to ultimately boost sales. The ideal candidate will possess a charismatic demeanor and thrive in interpersonal engagements, showcasing effective communication skills and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position that necessitates availability during evenings and weekends.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand visibility and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and the promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
  • Represent Bath Experts at various marketing events, encompassing planning and coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Interact with potential and current customers in a courteous and approachable manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services, while effectively conveying the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales strategy to educate customers on the full range of Bath Experts’ service and product offerings.
  • Collect comprehensive information from clients to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Support marketing efforts by engaging with inbound and outbound leads, along with other marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include aiding in the training of new team members, supporting other markets, and tracking and reporting event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the capacity to transport large branded items.
  • An outgoing, friendly disposition with the ability to navigate conversations effectively.
