About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador Team Lead is entrusted with driving the promotion of the Bath Experts brand and ensuring positive customer interactions aimed at boosting sales. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, thrive in social settings, exhibit strong conversational skills, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility for evening and weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand recognition and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and advocacy of the Bath Experts brand.
  • Represent Bath Experts at marketing events, involving planning, coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Interact with prospective and existing customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services while demonstrating the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to inform customers about all Bath Experts’ services and product offerings.
  • Collect pertinent information from clients for scheduling appointments.
  • Provide supplementary marketing support through inbound/outbound lead calls and various marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting new markets, assisting in training new team members, and tracking and reporting event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be capable of traveling with large branded items.
  • An outgoing, friendly demeanor with a proven ability to engage in conversation.
  • Capability to adhere to a structured process for generating sales appointments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
