Position Overview:
The Team Member plays a vital role in delivering the Caribou experience. This position is responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests through outstanding service, expertly prepared handcrafted beverages, and embodying the Purpose and Values of Caribou in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by:
  • Cultivating genuine relationships with guests.
  • Practicing active listening to create connections.
  • Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing opportunities through product knowledge and exemplary hospitality.
  • Offering enthusiastic and informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Crafting memorable experiences that inspire goodwill.

  • Preparing and serving Caribou food offerings following established guidelines.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by transitioning between barista and guest service roles as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or guest service environment.

Physical Requirements:
The role involves various physical activities including seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as prolonged sitting and standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and intermittent movement throughout the workday.
