Job description:

The Team Member plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall theater experience by providing comprehensive support and assistance to Emagine guests. This is achieved by identifying and recommending suitable products while consistently exceeding guest expectations to enrich their movie-going experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and educate guests regarding concession offerings, film selections, rating systems, and theater navigation, ensuring they feel valued, well-informed, and equipped to make informed choices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently striving to exceed expectations, ensuring every guest enjoys their time at Emagine.
  • Identify and suggest additional concession and seating options that elevate the overall entertainment experience.
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions to facilitate a swift and efficient payment experience.
  • Oversee the individual theater environment and enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct, promoting a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality is maintained, providing guests with high-quality products that enhance their experience at Emagine.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comfort in restrooms, lobby areas, and theaters, ensuring a pleasant environment for all patrons.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
