AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for the “Team Member (Full Time & Part Time Storewide Opportunities)” role in Birmingham, MI, specific rate data is needed. However, I can outline that typically, hourly rates for similar roles in retail or service industries in Michigan generally range from $12 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, company, and specific duties involved. Given Birmingham’s cost of living and competitive market, an hourly rate at or above the average for that region would be considered competitive, particularly if it includes benefits.
