Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering unparalleled customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking members in, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
    • Updating members’ accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, elevating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
