Requirements for the Team Member Position:

Responsibilities of a Team Member at Panera:

  • Greet and interact with our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

  • Provide support to your manager and fellow team members as needed
  • Gain proficiency in various positions including cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad and sandwich preparation, barista duties, dishwashing, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
  • As a cashier, serve as the friendly face of Panera, welcoming customers, accurately taking orders, ensuring a pleasant experience, and sending them away with a smile
  • For salad and sandwich makers, efficiently assemble a variety of menu items, ensuring that every order is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently
