Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a superior member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage all front desk activities, which include:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking members in, signing up new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
- Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
- Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, and escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when needed.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- A strong passion for fitness and health.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, exceeding members’ expectations.
