Role Summary:
As a Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional member experiences by delivering a high standard of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking in members, signing up new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and colleagues to exceed their expectations.
