Role Summary
The Team Member will play a pivotal role in delivering a positive experience for our members by providing an exceptional level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome members, prospective members, and guests, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage all front desk operations, including:
- Answering phones with a friendly demeanor, checking in members, enrolling new members, and providing tours to potential members.
- Facilitating updates to member accounts as needed.
- Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems.
- A strong passion for fitness and health.
- An upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding member expectations.
