Role Summary
The Team Member plays a crucial role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking in members, processing new member sign-ups, and giving tours to prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, surpassing member expectations.
