Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones cheerfully, checking in members, processing new member sign-ups, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating updates to members’ accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements
