Role Summary
The Team Member will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience by offering outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.
- Manage all front desk operations, including:
- Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner, checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and conducting tours for prospective members.
- Updating members’ accounts as needed.
- Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Supporting the maintenance of the club’s cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A background in customer service is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- A strong passion for fitness and health.
- An upbeat and positive attitude.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
