As a member of the Technology Support II team within the Corporate Sector and Employee Platforms, you will be integral in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your role will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions affecting both internally and externally developed systems, thus supporting a seamless user experience and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to guarantee end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery, directly supporting the firm’s business operations.
- Enhance operational stability and availability through active participation in problem management initiatives.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues leveraging standard observability tools.
- Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify trends and aid in the management of incidents, problems, and changes to support comprehensive technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
- Provide extensive Windows system production support for our global virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Conduct analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to anticipate issues and implement proactive measures.
- Lead and engage in performance testing; identify bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and capacity requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment, whether on-premises or in a public cloud.
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques, such as Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in general Windows server technologies (2016-2025), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DFS, and Profile Management within a highly secured environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting, such as PowerShell and Splunk for data analysis.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot issues for high-profile customers and end users by utilizing standard tools such as ProcMon, Fiddler, and Director.
