AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a Temp Dental Hygienist in Kalamazoo, MI, it’s essential to compare it with national and regional standards. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for dental hygienists in Michigan typically ranges from around $30 to $42, depending on experience and the specific job market dynamics in different regions. In Kalamazoo, this figure may trend slightly lower due to local cost of living and demand factors. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards; however, if it is substantially below, it may be less attractive to potential candidates.
