As a Territory Business Manager, you will proudly represent our Advanced Surgery division. Your in-depth understanding of our extensive portfolio of surgical products, along with your unwavering belief in their value and quality, drives your confidence in the role. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison to the healthcare professionals who depend on our products to save and sustain lives. You will be responsible for promoting our hemostats, sealing, and tissue products within your assigned territory, addressing both clinical and economic requirements. You take pride in empowering surgical teams across a range of specialties, enabling them to innovate and think creatively within the operating room.

What you’ll be doing:
– Achieving sales quotas through direct sales of all products and services.
– Increasing awareness and educating physicians on the appropriate use of our products in on-label surgical procedures, including their features and benefits.
– Engaging prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information, as well as product demonstrations.
– Cultivating effective relationships with customers, earning their trust and respect, and consistently meeting the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
– Monitoring sales performance against forecasts and contributing to the assessment of market potential for the territory while remaining knowledgeable about competitive strategies.
– Coordinating efforts with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and purchasing departments.
– Supporting colleagues and teams, actively participating in collaborative efforts beyond your immediate responsibilities.
– Providing valuable feedback to supervisors and marketing teams regarding marketing programs, recommended products, product line enhancements, and pricing changes.
– Functioning autonomously to meet established goals while maintaining proactive communication with management.

What you’ll bring:
– A Bachelor’s degree combined with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience. A high school diploma is required.
– Proven experience in hospital-based selling within the operating room, along with a history of successfully managing a large territory.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
– A commitment to travel at least 50% of the time, visiting both remote and urban areas, either independently or with team members, across a territory that may span multiple states.
– Current residency within the designated geography or a willingness to relocate. Familiarity with the territory is highly desirable.
– A valid driver’s license.
