Pay: $17.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.75 for a Test Administrator in Troy, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, depending on qualifications and experience. According to various salary surveys and local job postings, typical hourly wages for Test Administrators in similar positions usually range between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour. Factors such as company size, specific duties, and required qualifications can influence pay, but this rate may struggle to attract candidates in a competitive job market, especially given the rising cost of living in many areas, including Troy. Overall, while this wage may align with entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient for experienced individuals in the field.
