Company:
Location: Cuyahoga County, OH
Pay: $21.63 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $21.63 for a Therapeutic Program Worker – Intermittent in Cuyahoga County, OH, is generally considered on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles within the mental health and social services sectors in this area. According to various salary data sources, therapeutic program workers typically earn between $25 to $35 per hour, depending on their experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the position. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level roles or part-time positions, it may not attract candidates with experience or specialized skills, given the ongoing demand for mental health professionals in Ohio and surrounding regions. Therefore, while the rate may suffice for some, it could be a challenge in attracting qualified candidates who are aware of better-paying opportunities in the field.
