Job Title: Tire and Lube Technician

Company: Conrad’s

Location: Ohio

Pay: $12 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for a Tire and Lube Technician in Ohio is generally below the average for similar roles in the auto service industry. According to industry standards, entry-level positions can expect wages starting around $15 per hour, with experienced technicians earning up to $20 or more, depending on the region and specific employer. Factors influencing compensation include local cost of living and demand for skilled labor, but this rate might not be competitive for attracting and retaining talent. Overall, the offered wage may limit the ability to secure qualified candidates, given that many competing service centers and dealerships tend to offer higher pay and additional benefits.
