Job Functions:

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and via roadside service.
• Oversee equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, while performing general housekeeping duties.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift and move 75+ pounds and work effectively in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
• Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by Love’s.
