Job Title: Toddler Teacher- Full Time

Company: Adventure Place

Location: Uniontown, OH

Pay: $11 – 14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 to $14 for a “Toddler Teacher – Full Time” position in Uniontown, OH, is below the national average for similar roles, where wages typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, education, and specific job duties. In Ohio, early childhood educators’ pay can vary, but this rate may not be competitive given the rising cost of living and the increasing demand for qualified teachers in this field. Overall, while the offered rate may appeal to entry-level candidates, it is likely insufficient to attract more experienced professionals or sustain retention in the long term.
