AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $65,000 to $69,000 for a Transportation Manager in Dayton, OH, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $31.25 to $33.17. This compensation appears to be competitive when considering the average salary for Transportation Managers in the Midwest, which typically ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, depending on factors such as experience and specific industry. Additionally, the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates that the median annual salary for logistics and transportation roles is around $75,000 nationally, suggesting that while this pay range is on the lower end of the spectrum, it may still align with local cost of living and company budget constraints. Overall, it appears to be a reasonable offer, particularly for candidates at the early or mid-level of their careers in the field.
