Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service daily, surpassing standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Efficiently loads orders into delivery vehicles and verifies delivery accuracy, ensuring proper routing. Accurately completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and all necessary paperwork. Assumes additional warehouse responsibilities when delivery tasks are not pending. Consistently observes and complies with all safety regulations and vehicle safety procedures. Communicates important information to the manager promptly and addresses customer inquiries courteously, escalating to the manager when further assistance is required. Delivers customer orders in a timely and professional manner, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes. Initiates communication with management from customer locations as necessary and ensures accurate and legible recording of cash invoices while following established cash handling protocols. Conducts daily vehicle inspections and performs routine maintenance as needed, notifying the manager of any non-routine repairs. Maintains vehicle cleanliness on a daily basis, along with performing facility maintenance, including housekeeping duties. Exhibits professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Demonstrates competency in following oral and written instructions accurately and efficiently while collaborating effectively with team members under deadlines. Delivers quality work with meticulous attention to detail. Adheres to company policies and procedures while maintaining punctuality and attendance standards. Education and/or Experience: A minimum of two years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Proficiency in calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
