Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding typical customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries by checking and routing them efficiently. Completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and other necessary paperwork with precision. Assumes additional warehouse duties when no deliveries are scheduled.

Adheres to all safety regulations and vehicle safety procedures at all times. Effectively communicates relevant information to the manager in a timely manner and addresses customer inquiries with politeness and professionalism, directing them to the manager as needed. Ensures prompt and effective delivery of customer orders, strictly adhering to assigned delivery routes.

Makes phone calls to the manager from customer locations as required and initials all cash invoices clearly, following proper cash handling procedures. Accurately records all pertinent information on invoices and conducts daily vehicle inspections, performing routine maintenance checks as necessary. Reports any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs concerning company vehicles and performs daily vehicle cleaning.

Carries out facility maintenance tasks, including housekeeping and upkeep responsibilities. Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Follows oral and written instructions accurately and effectively, collaborates well within a team environment under time constraints, and pays attention to detail in completing quality work. Abides by company policies, maintains attendance and punctuality standards, and proactively seeks out training opportunities, both internally and externally.

Reports to work punctually and as scheduled within policy guidelines.

Education and/or Experience: A minimum of two years of driving experience and a valid license are preferred.
