Job description:
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic business plans for our travel center and restaurant operations in order to meet established standards, sales, and profit objectives, as well as to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the Retail Assistant Manager will include:

– Ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met
– Conducting regular meetings with team members
– Maintaining productive vendor relationships

As a Retail Assistant Manager at Pilot Flying J, you will have the opportunity to build, coach, manage, and develop a team, overseeing aspects of staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.

Additional responsibilities include:

– Driving sales and managing team performance
– Tracking inventory levels
