Travel General Laborer – Nights: $18 – $19

SPAR is expanding our overnight construction team and seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals for full-time labor positions. This role requires extensive travel for extended periods and will primarily take place during nighttime hours, from 9 PM to 6 AM. Candidates should be eager to learn and possess a basic understanding of tool usage. Your traveling team will be responsible for working within home improvement retail chains, focusing on the construction and management of heavy steel racking and pallet racking systems.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction activities
– Undertake overnight remodeling projects in large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old to new pallet racking systems
– Build and assemble retail shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Perform considerable physical work, including the ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capacity to follow directions regarding tagging, rotating, and organizing products on shelves
– Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as required
– Proven ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
– Experience with basic hand and power tools (personal hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools are required)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with the basic tools required for the role
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
– A personal cell phone and a valid email address

– Proper work footwear must be worn on the job site
