Travel General Laborer Nights – $18
SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team and seeking dedicated full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. This position requires willingness to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9 PM to 6 AM. Candidates must possess a willingness to learn and familiarity with basic tools. The traveling team will be responsible for tasks within home improvement retail chains, including the assembly and management of heavy steel and pallet racking systems.

What You’ll Do:
– Perform physically demanding construction work
– Operate during overnight hours to remodel large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old to new pallet racking
– Construct and assemble retail store shelving units
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Engage in substantial physical activity, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capacity to follow directions regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement on shelves
– Comfort climbing ladders and working from heights up to 20 feet as required
– Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
– Experience using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge and ability to utilize necessary tools for the role
