Travel General Laborer – Nights $18

SPAR is expanding our overnight construction team and seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join us as full-time Laborers. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and work during the night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM. A willingness to learn and familiarity with basic tools are essential. As part of our traveling team, you will work within home improvement retail chains, handling the construction of heavy steel racking and pallet racking. Joining our Racking Team is a critical stepping stone toward a Senior Lead position.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction work
– Execute overnight remodeling tasks within large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old to new pallet racking
– Construct and assemble retail shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Demonstrate the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and fulfill overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capable of following directions regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement
– Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet when necessary
– Proficient in lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times a day
– Experience in utilizing basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with the basic tools required for the role
– Ability to work effectively within a team environment
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
