Travel General Laborer – Nights – $18
Join our expanding overnight construction team at SPAR! We are seeking dedicated and dependable full-time laborers who are eager to travel for extended periods and work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and a familiarity with tools. As part of your traveling team, you will be involved in projects at home improvement retail chains, focusing on the construction and installation of heavy steel racking and pallet racking.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction tasks
– Remodelling large retail stores during overnight shifts
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Relocate products from old to new pallet racking
– Construct and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Participate in considerable physical activity, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
– Capacity to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Ability to follow instructions regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement on shelves
– Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as necessary
– Capability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
– Experience with basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with the basic tools necessary for the job
– Reliability and availability to work in a team setting
– Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
– A personal cell phone and valid email address are required
