SPAR is expanding our overnight construction team and seeking dedicated, reliable full-time General Laborers. This position requires a strong work ethic and willingness to travel for extended periods, primarily working overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of tools and a readiness to learn. Team members will engage in hands-on work within home improvement retail environments, which includes the assembly and repair of heavy steel and pallet racking. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to advance to the Senior Lead position after demonstrating competency as a Racking Team Member.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform physically demanding construction tasks
- Remediate and remodel large retail spaces overnight
- Replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Transition products to new pallet racking setups
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Update store signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
- Engage in significant physical activity, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours overnight (9 PM – 6 AM)
- Ability to follow direction regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement on shelves
- Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as required
- Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (candidates must supply their own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools needed for the job
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
