Travel General Laborer – Nights – $18

SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team and is seeking dedicated and dependable full-time laborers. Candidates must be willing to travel for extended periods and work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. A familiarity with tools and a willingness to learn are essential, as the traveling team will work within home improvement retail environments, focusing on the construction and assembly of heavy steel and pallet racking. What You Will Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction tasks
– Participate in overnight remodeling of large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Relocate products from old pallet racking to new systems
– Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Execute substantial physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capable of following directional instructions related to product tagging, rotation, and placement on shelves
– Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as required
– Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
– Proficient in using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and tools)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of basic tools necessary for the job
– Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
– Personal cell phone and a valid email address are mandatory
