Overview:
SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel team. By joining this full-time team of Reset Construction professionals, you will be part of a traveling crew focused on remodeling home improvement retail stores. Your work schedule will be from 9 PM to 6 AM, where you will be engaged in constructing heavy steel racking, pallet racking, and assembling and installing shelves and fixtures. This role is well-suited for individuals with experience in construction, resets, remodels, or fixture installation. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, familiar with basic tools, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
– Engage in overnight remodeling of large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old to new pallet racking
– Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Collaborate with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Participate in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Willingness to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
– Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet as needed
– Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
– Experience using basic hand and power tools (applicants must provide their own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Preferred experience with planograms
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of and ability to utilize basic tools necessary for the job
– Adept at working in a team-oriented environment
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
– Access to a personal cell phone and a valid email address

– Appropriate work footwear must be worn on the jobsite
