We are currently seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our mission to provide exceptional dental care, thereby creating smiles and memorable experiences for both children and adults. You will be part of a team that prioritizes collaboration and truly cares about the well-being of its patients. Your impact can be felt in numerous ways:

  • Actively engage in community initiatives that enhance the company’s positive image.
  • Participate in morning huddles (and even lead one if you choose!), where you can plan your day, show appreciation for your team, and highlight excellent examples of customer service, collaboration, and goal achievement.
  • Work with children, who form 70% or more of our patient base.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dental services to patients, supported by an excellent team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company policies, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Our practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly training sessions on OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
  • A staff ratio of one hygienist and one hygiene assistant to two dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily comprising ages 3-21, along with up to 30% adults, depending on location
  • An office flow that averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications:

We expect you to possess:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of service or eligibility for licensure
  • Necessary certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (valid in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A strong commitment to providing compassionate dental care to both children and adults
