Duties:
– Execute all cleaning responsibilities for facilities utilizing designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment.
– Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
– Adhere to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
– Open and secure facilities, and manage the enabling and disabling of the security system as necessary.
– A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred, though not mandatory.
– On-the-job training will be provided for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
– Experience in a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school settings is advantageous.
– Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
– Contribute positively to the work atmosphere with a pleasant demeanor, ensuring dependability and punctuality while adhering to uniform standards.
– Exhibit respect and understanding towards co-workers and customers.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
