Duties:
– Execute all cleaning responsibilities for facilities utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures
– Cleaning tasks encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, collecting trash, window cleaning, and rearranging furniture and equipment as necessary
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where required
– Open and secure facilities and manage security systems as needed
– 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred but not required
– On-the-job training will be provided to candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
– Previous experience in a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is advantageous
– Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are essential
– Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a pleasant attitude and contributing to teamwork, including adhering to uniform standards and being dependable and punctual
– Show respect and understanding towards co-workers and clients

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
– Constantly engaging in standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and reaching forward; must be able to lift and/or carry 25 lbs
– Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions
– Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their appropriate applications
