Join our team as a Full-Time Traveling Fixture Installer!

Signature Retail Services is looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to become a vital part of our team for dynamic remodel construction projects at leading home improvement retailers such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. This position entails significant travel within your assigned region, including overnight and/or daytime projects, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives. We are seeking individuals with backgrounds in construction, general labor, or similar hands-on fields who are prepared to embrace an active and diverse role.

We offer a competitive industry pay rate ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

As a Traveling Fixture Installer, your responsibilities will include traveling across your state and neighboring states to execute store remodels according to project requirements. You will work both independently and collaboratively to disassemble, repair, and install steel H-frame racking fixtures, cantilever systems, and steel beams. This role requires the consistent movement of various items, such as building materials, lumber, doors, windows, and steel racking fixtures throughout your shift. Moreover, you will safely operate power tools and heavy equipment, including scissor lifts and forklifts, to install steel racking and store/brand signage.

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and basic auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project locations across multiple states.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools including work gloves, tape measures, box cutters, etc.
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
  • Regular lifting of 60+ lbs without assistance during shifts.
  • Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Access to a personal smartphone for communication via call, text, and email.
