Join the Signature Retail Services Team as a Full-Time Traveling Fixture Installer!

Signature Retail Services is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to contribute to our dynamic Remodel Construction projects at leading home improvement retailers such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region, involving overnight and/or day shift work, and provides the chance to engage in impactful projects. It is ideally suited for candidates with a background in construction, general labor, or related hands-on fields who are prepared to embrace a physically active and varied role.

We offer a competitive industry pay rate ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

As a Traveling Fixture Installer, you will be tasked with traveling throughout your state and neighboring areas to execute store remodels as required by project demands. Your responsibilities will include working both independently and collaboratively to dismantle, repair, and install steel H-frame racking fixtures, cantilever systems, and steel beams. This role will involve the continual movement of various items, including but not limited to building materials, lumber, doors, windows, and steel racking fixtures throughout your shift. Additionally, you will be expected to safely operate power tools and heavy equipment, such as scissor lifts and forklifts, for the installation of steel racking fixtures and store/brand signage.

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and basic auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel frequently to project locations across multiple states.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools, including work gloves, measuring tape, box cutter, etc.
  • Capable of performing physical duties involving lifting, bending, stooping, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
  • Regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance will be expected throughout your shifts.
  • Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools is essential.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with calling, texting, and emailing capabilities is necessary.
