SPAR is expanding its reset and remodel merchandising team! We are seeking a Reset Merchandiser to participate in the remodeling efforts within prominent big box retailers. This role is ideally suited for individuals with experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, familiar with essential tools, and driven to achieve high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in the remodeling of big box retail stores
• Construct and assemble retail shelving fixtures
• Collaborate with Plan-O-Grams for all items tagged and approved by store management
• Handle product placement, including light peg and shelf installation
• Participate in significant physical activities, with the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Qualifications:

• Capacity to stand for a minimum shift of 10 hours
• Ability to follow directions related to tagging, rotating, and shelving products
• Familiarity with planogram concepts
• Proficiency in using basic tools essential for the position
